The story of OneClick started with James Finlinson, a former Chick-fil-A® team member in Ammon, Idaho. One day, while watching his director painstakingly transcribe schedules onto paper and Google Sheets, James thought, “Surely, there’s a better way to do this.”
Fueled by exceptional leadership training that emphasized “second-mile service,” James got to work. His solution? A simple app designed to streamline those repetitive, time-consuming tasks. And just like that, OneClick was born.
Here’s the twist: every feature we’ve built since—Accountability, Training Ratings, Waste Management—exists because of customer feedback. Yes, that means ideas from people just like you.
But we’re not stopping there. We want to hear from you even more.
How It Works:
You see it. You share it. We build it.
Step 1: While managing your team with the OneClick app, you spot an opportunity. Maybe it’s a feature that could make your day run more smoothly or help your team work even better.
Step 2: Head to the app, click “Give Feedback” on the Shift screen, and share your idea in the Feedback Forum. You can also search the forum to see if others have shared something similar—and upvote ideas you love.
Step 3: Congratulations! You’ve just taken a step toward improving not only your store but others’ as well.
