Customer Success Representative

Location: Remote or local in Lehi, Utah.

Full-Time: $50,000 based on experience

Goal: Manage all aspects of onboarding, training, upselling, and making sure all customers are maximizing the use of all software features

Responsibilities

This is a new position that reports to our Customer Success Director with the following requirements:

  • Providing live or recorded video demonstrations and training of OneClick
  • Updating our CRM with new contacts and notes about interactions with customers
  • Customer service via chat, email, phone, text, and other forms of communication
  • Onboarding new customers in person or through live video
  • Become an expert user of our software
  • Customize OneClick settings to fit our customer needs
  • Exercise the highest level of privacy and stewardship over customer data
  • Create content for our customer knowledge base by recording training videos and uploading them with screenshots and written explanation playbooks
  • Interact with other departments when needed to provide the best customer experience, including, but not limited to, Accounting, Sales, Operations, etc.

Requirements

  • A current or former Chick-fil-A® employee is highly preferred
  • Must be comfortable working remotely, have a quiet space to work from, a computer, headphones, microphone, and a video camera
  • Comfortable providing product video trainings live or recorded
  • Writing software tutorial playbooks with screenshots and video references comes easily to you
  • You thrive when learning new software applications
  • University degree or relevant experience is desirable, but not necessary
  • Ability to hold conversations and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and emotional maturity
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Google Applications
  • Software support experience preferred
  • HubSpot experience is preferred but not necessary
