Beta vs. Production
In order to access new features, use the Beta link. For currently available features, use the Production link. You can confirm which version you are using by checking the version number at the bottom of the roster.
Copy and Paste
To replicate a layout, create it and then click Paste Layout on another day. All team members will be positioned in the same way.
Copy Previous and Future Layout
To avoid employees being in the same position for their entire shift, use the copy feature when organizing schedules. Simply click "Copy" for each layout, and this will ensure that employees are not in the same position all day.
Archived
You can view the profiles of past team members on the staff list by clicking Include Archived. This includes their infractions, ratings, and length of employment in case they wish to return. Only Directors can access this feature.
CSV Upload
Some OneClickApp features aren't available with Vendor Bridge integration, like adding location fields, previewing unposted schedules, and making Day Notes visible to select team members. But you can upload a OneClick CSV file to use these features on demand
